Through experience we have learned that each property will require its own unique set of services based on need. We will always start by speaking to the investor about their requirements and then visit the property, assess the need, and come up with a proposal. Once both parties are in agreement about the services, then we proceed. Although unforeseen repairs or upgrades are unavoidable, it is important to us to present as clear of a picture as possible. 

We have several in house services, and if the requirement for a particular job is one we can meet, we will send a quote and get approval before proceeding. In house services will be billed along with your monthly invoice. In other situations where you already have contractors for particular jobs, we will book and manage the service for you, and you will be billed directly.
